The mission of the Philoptochos Society is rooted in faith, compassion, and service. Members are dedicated to helping those who are poor, hungry, sick, elderly, unemployed, or in crisis. In addition, the Society provides support to families, individuals facing hardship, and victims of disasters through organized fundraising and outreach efforts.

Furthermore, the Philoptochos Society promotes charitable and philanthropic initiatives through educational programs, presentations, and community events. These efforts help strengthen the understanding of Orthodox Christian values while encouraging active participation in the life of the Church.

The Society also works to preserve and promote the traditions of the Orthodox Christian faith. Through its programs and services, it supports the spiritual growth of the Orthodox Christian family and reinforces the teachings, customs, and worship of the Church.

In addition, members of the Philoptochos Society actively collaborate with the Parish Priest and Parish Council. Together, they help build a stronger and more connected parish community.

All charitable work of the Philoptochos Society is carried out with discretion, compassion, and kindness. These values reflect the heart of its mission and the teachings of the Orthodox faith.
